I just started my practice maybe around 3 days ago, I can’t even hold my breath for long. My first week 7 secs was my max. Now max is closer to 24-25 secs in a simple uddiyana (no peak or nauli) Oh and good luck and keep at it. 33 months in, even if you take a break or have varying consistency, it’s worth it!
